With a BA in Philosophy and Commerce from the University of Western Ontario followed by an M.Div from St Peters Seminary, University of Western Ontario Richard is respected in the business community for his integrity, honesty and holding the highest principles of business ethics.
What has set Richard apart is his willingness to push the envelope in terms of what is possible for business in defining and forging a new path forward in customer care and compassion.
His career with Fortune 300 companies across North America has provided him with extensive exposure and experience in credit, risk management, compliance and policy.
Externally Richard been instrumental in shaping government policy on credit and debt collection across Canada at both the Federal and Provincial level.
A natural leader Richard is repeatedly tapped by industry credit industry organizations and associations not just leading initiatives but infusing teams with an infectious energy and passion to think big.
