We have a simple questionnaire that your counselor and you can complete on your own.
We will review the information you sent to us and arrange a call with you and your counselor. We can provide conference call facilities so it is not necessary for you and your counselor to be in one place.
We will explain creditor by creditor the steps we recommend taking on your behalf.
